No more then TWO lines tied to one single CLEAT,BOLLARD,MOORING HOOK.
Ships can NO longer share cleats/bollards.
If there is no other cleat/bollard/hook available to secure the next vessel, then we are to split lines up and then share the cleat/bollard/hook.
But you MUST notify the Mooring company of shared cleats. We did meet with them (PHA) and gave our point of view.
They are the customer.

Bow - Split headlines between cleat nearest bank and yellow bollard
Stern - Do "NOT" run lines to the "cleats" across the dock
Stern - Yes run lines to the "Double Headed Bollards" across the dock at west end, but only use one head
Spotting - Ask pilots to have the mate stand where he wants the spout
